SQL Server, remove rows from top of table for some conditions

I have a problem and hope for some advice from the SO community. I am working on a SQL Server 2008 database. I have a table with more than 20,000 rows, where one column named JobId is automatically incremented by 1. This column has records of jobs that are in progress.
I want to make a stored procedure, that removes all the records where JobId is > 5 and where AutoIncrementJobId is!=1.
I know how to select where JobId > 5 and AutoIncrementJobId!=1, but not how to combine this into one SQL.
